Mandy Geddes is a highly experienced Executive and Leadership Coach, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Coach Mentor, and Coach Supervisor with more than 20 years of experience applying a coaching approach across leadership, management, and professional development contexts.
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Mandy has accumulated over 500 hours of professional coaching with executives and senior leaders across Australia, Europe, USA, Asia, and global organisations. Her work supports leaders to build clarity, confidence, and deep self-awareness, enabling them to lead with greater intention, presence, and impact in complex systems.
Mandy is also the Head of Coach Education at the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL) in Australia, one of the world’s most respected coaching institutions. In this role, she designs, teaches, and facilitates rigorous coach education programs that empower leaders, managers, executives, and professional coaches worldwide to embed coaching as a core leadership capability.
